You may be working in a change role already or want to play a part in delivering the change roadmap for the Avivas Investment Wealth and Retirement Operations teams supporting our Strategic goals.

If you have a growth mindset are not afraid to challenge the status quo and are comfortable with changing priorities this may be the role for you. You will need to have a strong background in delivering successful change stakeholder management and identification of risks with great commercial and analytical skills.

A bit about the job:

As a Change Lead you will support the Operations & Property workstream under IWRs Plan A programme working with colleagues to deliver key transformational change. Our role is to understand the impact of the changes help shape the solutions and implement the change in a timely and compliant way to ensure our Operations teams are well prepared.

You will keep your stakeholders informed whilst working with project teams to deliver to the project timeline and scope effectively & efficiently. We focus on strategy and work collaboratively with a variety of Change Delivery Operations Propositional and Governance teams to implement a challenging roadmap of change activity.

You will form part of a talented team that is eager to learn and develop. We have high professional standards and are not afraid to experiment with new ways of working and challenge the norm. We work to clear purposes & principles to ensure we deliver consistently as a team in the fastpaced world of operational change.

Skills and experience were looking for:

• Selfstarter with good motivational skills
• Proven relationship and Stakeholder Management skills and ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels with an ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels
• Risk and Issue Management skills
• Courage and determination to challenge current practices
• Experience of project/change delivery frameworks (Agile waterfall Systems thinking process mapping)

• Salary Circa 45000 depending on location skills experience and qualifications).
