Job Description
RPO Recruitments client is looking for a Business Development / Senior Wealth Planner to join their team in Bryanston Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development within the FSCA sector managing client relationships and driving sales to meet business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning investment solutions and a strong professional network.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts within the FSCA sector including strategy and expansion of new FSCA offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects understanding their financial goals and providing tailored investment solutions.
- Manage client relationships professionally ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to the companys overall growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold integrity in all client interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster longterm trustbased relationships.
- Bachelors degree in finance (BCom) or a related field.
- CFA or CFP certification.
- FSCA experience and RE5 qualification.
- Proven track record in financial planning and sales.
- Strong professional network with the ability to attract new clients.
- Age between 32 45 is advantageous.
- Salary: R600k R700k per annum.
