The opportunity

The EYParthenon team in Greece sits within Strategy and Transactions team of Central Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Asia (CESA) and is experiencing strong growth resulting in opportunities for talented and ambitious individuals looking to develop a career as strategy consultants.

Due to our rapid expansion we are now looking for Strategy Consultants to join our team in Athens. Theyll be a part of a collaborative team that applies the latest thinking research analytics and methodologies to help transform clients businesses and solve complex business matters driving change for tomorrows working world. Your key responsibilities

As a consultant in our team you will:

• advise clients across various sectors support key decision makers in developing transformative corporate growth and transaction strategies and executing them
• understand key business drivers codevelop our approach with clients agree value measurements with the client provide value to the client through insights factual conclusions and recommendations
• demonstrate the ability to gather and analyse relevant business and industry information effectively assessing it using strategic and commercial evaluation techniques
• assist with business development activities including client pitches presentations and gradually client meetings
• take responsibility for own learning and development and participate in upward feedback
• share your technical and other knowledge with the team
• be an effective own time manager able to keep calm under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• be a team player effectively building relationships with all client and EY echelons
• work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams to implement and execute strategic initiatives

Skills & Attributes for Success

To qualify for the role you must have

• Excellent academic background from a top tier university. Masters degree in business engineering economics or finance. An MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset.
• 13 years of relevant strategy consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a structured approach and linear way of thinking.
• Relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or a corporate environment would be considered as a strong asset.
• Business acumen and strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
• Strong people skills including crossfunctional collaboration and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work autonomously and exhibit a high degree of agility Excellent written and verbal communication both in Greek and English.
• Ability to research digest and analyse large amounts of information producing high quality output in the form of reports & presentations to senior executives and stakeholders in a clear compelling manner.
• Good use of MS office (excel powerpoint outlook) will be considered a plus.
• Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work internal business and practice development.
