Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
1 To write and execute test plans & test cases
2 Conduct detailed analysis to identify issues and areas for improvement in product.
3 Analyze the client issues and find the root cause and suggest the solution.
4 Retesting the software after bugs have been fixed to ensure no new issues have arisen.
5 Checking for incorrect language usage and incorrect formatting.
6 Create and maintain QA policies and procedures
7 Ensuring that the product meets regulatory and compliance standards.
8 Make sure products meet customer expectations
9 Knowledge of ecommerce and accounting will be an advantage.

Experience:
A Bachelors degree in Computer science or related field with 3 years of experience
