Roles and Responsibilities 1. Capture the details of the consignment note and associated document in the Client system2. Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual3. Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and managerSpecial Skills 1. Ability to read Handwriting from various Geographies.2. Basic computer Knowledge required3. Ability of selflearning on live job 4. Eye for Detail5. Good Reading and writing knowledge of English Language6. Touch Typist with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm with 85 accuracyNote : Willingness to work in 24*7 environmentLanguage Capability EnglishSpoken Proficiency Required Good communication skillsWritten Proficiency Required Good communication skillsTechnical Proficiency & Requirements 1. Hands on experience of using desktop or Laptop.2. Comfort in Learning and Using Digital Tools3. Knowledge of using Virtual meeting application e.g.; Skype Zoom or WebEx4. Intermediate understanding in using Broadband WiFi or phone internet tethering with desktop or Laptop5. Existing Home Broadband or WiFi Connection. (preferred)6. Inverter back up available. (preferred)
