Roles & responsibilities
Acquisition/Commercial Management:
- Responsible for acquisition within the crossfunctional customer team.
- Define and implement the acquisition/pricing strategy for specific OEM sourcing.
- Prepare and release customer quotation letter compliant with Sales Business Frames standards.
- Select define & apply acquisition tools aligned with GCT/RCT.
- Obtained required releases compliant with quotation & process guidelines.
- Identify acquisition specific customer trends and requirements market activities and competitor information in collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Assure involvement and prepare proper project handover with Customer Project Manager and Commercial Manager incl. necessary documentation.
- Manage commercials of domain achieve annual revenue target and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction index.
- Lead and manage commercial and contract management topics with OEM
For E.g.: periodical adjustments of RMI Forex PCR ECM/RPP ECI measures - Liaison with plant stakeholders to meet QCD performance and achieve operational excellence.
- Consolidation of competitor activities and align with Business units and Product managers.
Customer Project Management:
- Achievement of project objective and targets (time cost spec. budget and profit scope quality procurement) incl. escalation with internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
- Define project team structure.
- Lead and drive internal and external stakeholders.
- Timely representation of projects to Project review/ steering committee and seek approvals.
- Verification of the customer specification involve the relevant departments and generate deviation list with right support during quotation phase.
- Monthly tracking of project budget (cost HC capacity) project cost control CSS Special revenue invoicing and recovery
- Initiation of product releases Launch management and risk management across entire project life cycle.
- Effective change management lead and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Quotation calculation including scenarios and detailed plausibility checks (including PPC logistics sample tooling and application & calibration costs)
- Elaborate and organize technical meetings and project reviews in conjunction with team stakeholders.
- Risk management Launch management FMEA Quality management.
- Responsible for process compliance process adherence and developing project management maturity within team.
Qualifications :
BE in Mechanical/Electrical /Electrical and Electronics Engineering
PMP Certification would be added advantage
At least 58 years of experience in acquiring system projects track record of successful acquisitions of top strategic projects and Industrialization of the same.
Exposure in areas like Key Account Management Business development Sales Customer Project management and technical project management Product management required.
