We are looking for a highlytalented Compliance Analyst in London United Kingdom. Payoneer Payment Services (UK) Ltd is an electronic money institution authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and provides payment services to businesses as well as issuing emoney. Reporting directly to the Head of UK Compliance the ideal candidate should have an understanding of Compliance AntiMoney Laundering and Counter Financing ideally within a regulatory environment. They must have the utmost respect for confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fastpaced multitasked high energy environment.
This is a hybrid role 2 days a week in the London office).
What youll be spending your time on:
- Support the development and upkeep of Payoneer Payment Services (UK) Ltds policies and procedures.
- Assist in handling regulatory inquiries and requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for different business units within Payoneer.
- Prepare for internal and external audits.
- Aid in the creation and submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
- Perform quality assurance on the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process and SAR escalation.
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Have you done this kind of stuff
- 3 years of experience in payments/ecommerce compliance and risk or a similarly regulated environment
- 3 years of experience investigating and analyszing customer activity and diverse business models to detect Money Laundering and Financing (NCA experience)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability to communicate regulatory compliance requirements effectively to business units
- Experienced in collaborating across crossfunctional teams working with all levels of management and staff
- Strong organiszational written and verbal communication skills
- Available for occasional travel
- Committed to completing training and continuous professional development (CPD) requirements
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Prior experience working within the NCA portal
