What youll be doing:
Gather and analyze property sales data locally and nationally to identify market trends and opportunities.
Support end-to-end marketing processes by developing detailed property reports and compelling pitch documents.
Build and manage property databases client records and sales pipelines using internal platforms.
Conduct cash flow modelling at the property level and contribute to campaign due diligence responses.
Collaborate with brokers marketing valuation and research teams to deliver exceptional service and campaigns.
What were looking for:
Candidates must have proven experience using Forbury as this is a mandatory requirement
Tertiary qualifications in property business finance or economics.
Previous experience in an Analyst Assistant Valuer or Valuer role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of commercial property value drivers and basic financial modelling.
Confident communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
