Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Liability Claims Examiner to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating evaluating and settling liability claims in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a thorough understanding of liability claims processes and regulations.

- $65$75k/yearly (based on experience)
Job Description
- Receives and processes governmental entity automobile liability losses.
- Investigates personal and commercial property and casualty claims on accounts as assigned by Senior VP
- Timely Processes claims in compliance with industry fair claims practices and applicable state regulations
- Reviews policy provisions to determine if a loss is covered under the policy.
- Obtains police and medical reports appraisals statements from witnesses estimates bodily injury and property value.
- Assigns and directs outside adjusters and other professionals to evaluate the circumstances of a loss as needed/necessary.
Requirements
- 510 years experience. Liability claims handling preference for Auto liability claims.
- Associates degree preferred
- Adjusters License with the state of South Carolina
- Preference for experience with Government entities or municipalities (Police cars Fire Trucks etc.
