Job Summary
We are looking for aSenior Commercial Insurance Account Managerto join our dynamic team. The position will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients understanding their insurance needs and providing expert advice and service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients insurers and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for account growth
- Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure they meet the clients needs and provide value
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and market changes to better support clients
- Provide excellent customer service handling inquiries claims and other client needs in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management
- Proven track record of managing a large client portfolio and achieving client retention and growth goals
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products regulations and market dynamics
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in using insurance management software and MS Office Suite
- Relevant insurance certifications (e.g. CIC CRM CPCU) preferred
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License required
- Previous experience with large complex accounts and large property risk is a plus
- Preferred Agency Management System experience: EPIC
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $70K$125K (based on experience) discretionary bonus opportunities
