About the role

Embark on an enriching journey as a Finance Analyst in FP & A at Reckitt a role that offers more than just numbers. You will be instrumental in constructing a fullpicture narrative of our companys financial health. From delving into the Profit & Loss to shaping strategy with your insights every analysis you provide will drive smarter business decisions. To be eligible for the role you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Construct and scrutinize our annual and quarterly P&L ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis for business planning.
• Assess company performance at various levels providing key insights on revenue and profit trends.
• Engage in scenario analysis to forecast potential impacts on business outcomes.
• Craft presentations for leadership that encapsulate financial insights and strategies.
• Contribute to business process improvements and uphold our commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with the ordering process including order management slot booking stock control outbound (transport) and returns.
• Support the coordination of the order/delivery process by working closely with the warehouse logistics and supply planning team to ensure ontime and infull deliveries (OTIF).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to help address ways to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist the finance and accounting team with processing credit claims and investigating root causes.
• Help maintain relationships with supply counterparts.
• Assist with weekly and daily service level reporting and identify discrepancies between internal data and customer data.
• Help prepare dashboards for the customer.
• Support monthly analysis on various supply topics for the department (costtoserve truck optimization dispute service level etc..

The experience were looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of financial statements including P&L cash flow and balance sheets.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and applying new concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
