Job Description
We can offer you the following tasks
Technical expertise meets creativity as Sales Support Manager you will have a central function in the Power segment and support the global sales team of MAN Energy Solutions. Your most important task is to familiarise yourself with complex technical content and summarise it in appealing sales presentations compile technical data on our products and make it available and maintain it on various channels. As a knowledge carrier you create training concepts and their content and convey them as a trainer. Your creativity is required for podcasts and as a technical interface to marketing where you work as a partner in the planning and implementation of segmentspecific marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of technical contexts and curiosity to delve deeper into technical topics
- Working out unique selling points in e.g. competitive comparisons and deriving or transferring the results into sales documents
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy networking within the company and initiating and driving forward crossdepartmental projects
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex technical content in an effective and concise manner
- Ability to present technical content to an international audience e.g. in webinars in English
- Ability to explain products and solutions in the form of a storyline to structure them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and to present them in an appealing way
- Creativity and innovative spirit to design present and implement new training presentation and service formats in a convincing manner
You can help us with these qualifications
- Completed engineering studies (e.g. mechanical engineering energy management environmental and process engineering industrial engineering shipbuilding or comparable engineering programmes)
- Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex topics simply
- Strong curiosity for new technologies and sales markets creativity in working on solutions
- Experience in the creation of professional presentations
- Experience in sales or marketingrelated functions desirable and a confident and respectful demeanour in contact with colleagues and customers
- Professional use of MS Office programmes
- Business fluent in German and English other languages welcome
- Strong social mindset for networking and collaboration with other departments and colleagues worldwide
