What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Deliver outstanding customer service via chat email and phone to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues offering helpful guidance and solutions.
Educate users on the platforms features ensuring they get the most from their websites.
Collaborate with product and development teams to tackle complex technical issues.
Stay updated on new program features and updates to offer accurate support.
Collect and relay user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
Your Qualifications
We are an excellent fit if you:
Are fluent in French (written and oral) and proficient in English (B2.
Have experience in customer service tech support or a similar role.
Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Are techsavvy with a quick ability to learn new software and tools.
Have excellent problemsolving skills and patience when assisting users.
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
