smartdept. is searching for a Videographer for a corporate housing client located in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will come with 3 years of experience. This is a projectbased onsite opportunity with the possibility of an extension.
The Videographer will be responsible for planning shooting and editing highquality video content to showcase apartments amenities and surrounding cityscapes. The content produced will be utilized for web and marketing materials helping to highlight the unique features of the properties and their locations.
What Youll Do:
- Capture highquality video footage of apartments amenities and cityscapes for marketing and web purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with the companys branding and messaging.
- Plan and scout locations to maximize visual appeal and storytelling potential.
- Edit video content using industrystandard software to create engaging and polished final products.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms including social media websites and email campaigns.
- Maintain and manage video production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
What Youll Need:
- 3 years of proven experience in videography with a portfolio showcasing work (real estate or lifestyle content is a plus).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar)
