Job Description:
- Design install troubleshoot program and commission VSD (Siemens ABB Danfoss) and PLC (Siemens) systems
- Provided technical support and training to Engineering and Maintenance teams
- Test and commission electrical systems locally and overseas
- Develop and implement solutions for updating existing applications
- Ensure design development deadlines are met per project milestones
- Collaborate with systems engineers and clients to define requirements and specifications
- Utilized AutoCAD Electrical for electrical designs (Project Setup Custom Components Custom Title Blocks)
- Apply engineering software tools to optimize system functionality and performance
- Experience in a Projects Environment essential
- Traveling out of town and working overtime when required to do so
- PLC Development with Siemens Sand 1500
- Design and Commissioning of Electrical Electronics and C&I projects
- Installation Servicing and Commissioning of ABB Siemens and Danfoss VSDs
- Drivers license and own transport required
- Advanced problemsolving ability for complex electrical systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel required
- BTech/NDip/N4 Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
