Job Description
An industryleading company situated in Gauteng is currently seeking the expertise of an experienced Mechanical Draughtsman to join their team in Pretoria.
Responsibilities:
- Review plans and specifications according to the plan.
- Prepare plans details specifications and cost estimates of plumbing heating ventilating air conditioning and general piping system.
- Provide technical advice to the staff designer supervisor inspector and contracting service provider regarding the installation and maintenance of the MEP System.
- Analyze Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
- Identify problems in the design planning management and delivering multiple projects.
- Plan organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants contractors and others. MEP Engineer knows MS Office AutoCAD and Construction Project management software.
- MEP Engineer has to prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required
Requirements:
- 2 Years experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman working with Building services projects
- 2 Years experience in the Design and Draughting of Building services
- Produce concept tender and technical mechanical engineering drawing for commercial buildings hospitals data centers etc.
- Revit MEP 2018 or higher compulsory minimum 2year experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in building service (HVAC)
- Strong Coordination skills
- Draughting diploma will be an advantage.
