JobDescription:
The Initiatives & Markets role is pivotal in driving strategic growth andmarket development. The incumbent will lead the identification developmentand of new business opportunities aligned with the companyslongterm objectives. It requires a dynamic approach to market researchcompetitive analysis and the establishment of new partnerships. The positionwill also engage in building strong client and investor relationships ensuringsustained business growth and innovation.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives that support the organizations goals and objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies including pricing plans.
- Pitch products and services to new clients and expand offerings to existing clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and understand the competitive landscape.
- Initiate new partnerships collaborations and potential business acquisitions to prepare compelling product pitches presentations and proposals for prospective clients and investors.
- Seek funding and investment opportunities to support business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients investors and other business stakeholders..
- Stay informed about industry news and trends becoming a subject matter expert on the companys offerings.
CandidateRequirements:
- Proven ability to think strategically and drive results through analytical problemsolving.
- Extensive knowledge of business management principles
- Strong project management skills Experience in market research and strategic planning.
- Creative and innovative thinker. Excellent numerical and mathematical skills exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Access) and relevant tools.
Education& Experience:
- Masters degree in Business Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Advanced qualifications in Project Management or Legal knowledge are an advantage.
- Proven track record in ideation idea selling relationship management and business modeling.
- Candidate with 5 to 8 years of experience working in management process planning & improvement highcalibre teams and leadership roles preferably from a reputed business school.
