Job Description
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
About the job and your team
We are looking for an SAP Consultant for the areas of FI and CO to join us in realizing Hydros ambitious SAP roadmap.
This person will be part of the support and project team work closely with other team members to ensure the operationality of our system implementation of improvements and continue to rollout our SAP template to HBS companies.
You will work on
- Support the roll out of HBS SAP solution across Hydros plants as well as Business as Usual support for the companies already using the solution
- Understand ABAP code. Capable of reading ZCode and debug client specific code
- Be a part of the support and project team work closely with other team members to ensure the operationality of our system implementation of improvements and continue to rollout our SAP template to HBS companies.
- Proactive and structured approach to activities and projects
- Manage to combine handson work with an understanding of the big picture
- Build relationships with different parts of Hydro other consultants Key users and End users.
- Strong knowledge of the following areas is mandatory:General LedgerAccounts PayablesAccounts ReceivablesAssetsCash ManagementGeneral ProcurementInvoice Verification

Your qualifications and skills
- 6 years plus working with SAP (ECC 6 in a handson project environment and support activities
- Knowledge on S4/HANA preferable with migration projects from ECC 6
- Solid experience in SAP FI / CO
- Knowledge about integration form SD and MM to FI
- Expert level understanding of the SAP product suite
- Extensive experience with SAP configuration
- Experience defining business requirements writing functional design documentation
- Understand ABAP code. Capable of reading ZCode and debug client specific code
