Your key responsibilities

• Leading and facilitating Scrum events leveraging handson experience with Scrum and other agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean as well as techniques like User Stories Burndown Charts and Task Boards.
• Supporting the team in overcoming obstacles and providing training in agile methods and principles requiring a fundamental understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
• Implementing improvement measures based on insights from retrospectives with the ability to analyze processes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Assisting in the prioritization and planning of Product Backlog Items as well as clarifying and detailing requirements in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Supporting the implementation of Scrum at the organizational levelsupport methodically and coaches all other team members including the Product Owner in their roles
• Acting to increase the teams agile maturity with a particular focus on scaled agile projects.
• Proactively managing all aspects of project management to ensure smooth and delivery.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 2 years experience in delivery through any Agile development environment (SCRUM SAFe NEXUS LeSS APMG AGILE Framework)
• 2 years experience in effective implementation Agile and Lean principles as SCRUM Master
• 2 years experience in the project management role (PM) preferably in largescale project or program within distributed multicultural environments
• A higher education degree preferably with a major in business technology science engineering or mathematics
• Good practical knowledge of the techniques used by SCRUM Master Agile PM PO (any renown certification is a plus)
• In depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques (e.g. SCRUM on team level SAFe on project level)
• Experience in a facilitator role towards senior stakeholders in international multicultural organization
• In depth knowledge of an agile management tools (JIRA Confluence AM)
• Ability to analyze processes and identify potential for improvement
• Fluency in German both spoon and written
• Fluency in English both spoken and written.
