Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and clientfocused Senior Banker with Loan Specialization to join our lending team. This role demands strong expertise in retail and/or commercial loans a deep understanding of credit processing and a consultative approach to client service. Key Responsibilities:
Loan Advisory and amp; Relationship Management:
Consult clients on a broad range of loan products including personal business home and vehicle loans.
Conduct indepth financial assessments and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
Manage and grow a client portfolio ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Credit Assessment and amp; Documentation:
Analyze clients financial documents income profiles and credit history to assess eligibility.
Structure and submit complete loan proposals to underwriting teams.
Ensure all applications comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Sales and amp; Portfolio Management:
Drive loan acquisition through new client outreach and referral networks.
Achieve disbursement targets and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
Crosssell banking products such as insurance savings and investment solutions.
Compliance and amp; Risk Mitigation:
Ensure adherence to RBI norms AML/KYC standards and internal risk controls.
Maintain updated records of all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Banking Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in loan sales banking operations or credit processing.
Handson experience with loan management systems (LMS) CRM tools and Excel.
Solid understanding of lending regulations risk metrics and market dynamics.
