Schedule: Due to the nature of law enforcement work and operation position may require occasional support outside of core working hours as well as intermittent weekend support mission dependent.

Job Summary:
The Cyber Investigations & Technology Program Support Analyst facilitates the development implementation analysis and evaluation of the policies programs and procedures for a USPIS investigative program. The analyst will support the program efforts including the deconfliction of databases processing of equipment requests distribution of tools and tracking of historical and current needs and trends of operations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Operational Support Coordinate the creation ofadministrative and/or operational accounts. Distribute receive and process application and approval documents. Provide policy guidance as necessary. Maintain detailed records on the status ofoperational accounts. Maintain statistical data on the use ofsaid accountswith clear communication to division personnel
- Financial Accounts Coordinate the creation ofoperationalaccounts. Distribute receive and process application and approval documents to division personnel. Provide policy guidance as necessary. Monitor and track balances ofoperationalaccounts to ensure payments are made in a timely manner purchases comply with policies and balances remain positive. Distribute and process documentation to division personnel for the initiation and closure ofoperationalaccounts.
- Equipment Requests/Management Process requests for laptops and various other equipment for division personnel.
- Oversight Ensure movements of funds are entered into trackable systems in a timely manner consistent with policies and procedures.
- Audit Support Provide auditing assistance for financial records pertaining to purchases records and operations to include: Tracking of expenses and purchases by utilizing reporting features on applications statements and selfreporting of personnel. Statistical reporting on the deployment of equipment and operations by utilizing a variety of reporting mechanisms.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; or demonstrated relevant work experience as required by assigned project or initiative.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing sufficient to express thoughts and ideas to a variety of people.
- Ability to utilize information systems to monitor reconcile and update data to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.
- Ability to research information in response to inquiries.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to support the preparation of a final work product.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize work manage tasks and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to safeguard sensitive/confidential information according to policies and procedures.
- Skill using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint) sufficient to compile data update statistical reports and prepare correspondence and presentations.

- Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
- Favorable credit check for all cleared positions
- Successfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.
