Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Carshalton SM5
Salary: OTE: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants a career in Estate Agency my client is a large Independent award winning agency based in Surrey that prides themselves on the firstclass service they deliver. They are currenting seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their Carshalton Office.
The role is varied you will responsible for booking and attending viewings calling new and existing clients to win business upselling of all services ensuring every opportunity is utilised canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a firstclass service to the clients.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property sector. This role offers a basic and personal commission along with a car allowance. Previous experience in residential sales or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.
The Company: Our client is an energetic market leading Independent Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Surrey area
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous sales experience in estate agency beneficial
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly Organised
- Be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Full UK driving license and own required
