Responsibilities:
- Works with Leadership to execute improvements to close operational gaps.
- Demonstrates a passion for knowledge and has a constant learner mindset.
- Follows all processes without taking shortcuts.
- Can effectively communicate shift and business needs identify gaps and offer feedback to help others grow.
- Can demonstrate impact during shift operations and problem solve when working with others.
- Handson training in all shift operations of the restaurant to increase knowledge and gain experience on how to effectively run a multimillion dollar business
- Providing the highest quality customer service to all guests
- Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant
- Leading a team of 1020 by inspiring & motivating coaching mindset and holding others accountable to our standards
- Maximizing productivity while maintaining 5 star service quality and cleanliness
- Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety
