Job Overview
The SAP FICO S/4 HANA EndtoEnd Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in the organization by overseeing the successful implementation and integration of SAP FICO solutions. This position is essential for ensuring that financial data flows seamlessly across departments enhances reporting capabilities and meets compliance requirements. With over ten years of experience the incumbent will work closely with different stakeholders to gather business requirements and design tailored solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial management processes. The individual will not only lead project teams but also mentor junior professionals ensuring the continuity of knowledge and best practices within the organization. As the SAP landscape continues to evolve this role demands a proactive approach in adopting new technologies and methodologies that can elevate the companys financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend SAP FICO implementation projects.
- Configure SAP S/4 HANA Financial modules according to business needs.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and execute data migration plans from legacy systems to SAP.
- Conduct testing phases including unit integration and user acceptance.
- Provide training to endusers and support team members.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project lifecycle and changes.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with IT operations and finance teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project .
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and updates.
- Provide ongoing support postimplementation and system enhancements.
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the financial technology roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of S/4 HANA financial processes.
- Proven experience in managing endtoend SAP project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with change management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel onsite for project implementations if required.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in financial technology.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
