Job Overview
The SAP FICO S/4 HANA EndtoEnd Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in the organization by overseeing the successful implementation and integration of SAP FICO solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend SAP FICO implementation projects.
- Configure SAP S/4 HANA Financial modules according to business needs.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and execute data migration plans from legacy systems to SAP.
- Conduct testing phases including unit integration and user acceptance.
- Provide training to endusers and support team members.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project lifecycle and changes.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with IT operations and finance teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project .
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and updates.
- Provide ongoing support postimplementation and system enhancements.
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the financial technology roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of S/4 HANA financial processes.
- Proven experience in managing endtoend SAP project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with change management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel onsite for project implementations if required.
