Job Description


  • Ensuring all clients are responded to by the team within 24 hours.
  • To ensure that the team responds with clear information including : what is involved in the process a potential timeline for the process and
  • To hold weekly meetings with Teams to ensure longer projects are completed and not left outstanding
  • To ensure teams chase where needed and seek relevant help to ensure projects are progressed
  • To Monitor team s terminations/transfers out/transfers in are handled efficiently and all appropriate documentation is in place

  • To ensure File reviews are completed on both physical and electronic as per the file guide by teams
  • To make sure team follow up on issues highlighted whilst conducting file reviews and rectify to bring the file in good order.
  • Ensuring all relevant filings are done for each entity by team: CRS Report Economic Substance filing is completed Annual Return is done
  • Documentation Accuracy: Ensuring that all customer documents are accurate complete and compliant regulations
  • Communication: To ensure that communication with the client is of the highest order including both written and verbal communication
  • Audit and FS: Working with accounts team to ensure that each entities financials are completed for each entity
  • Assisting Accounts team with audit queries so that they meet their audit deadline and no penalties are incurred by all teams under management
  • To ensure that team liaises with Accountants so that all tax returns and payments are done
  • Continuous improvement: To suggest improvements for processes and procedure to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Trust/Board Meetings: To ensure the team carries out each Trust and Board Meeting as per the guide
  • issued.
  • To ensure team produce minutes within 2 days of meeting and they are signed/finalised with 2 weeks.
  • To support team tackling action points which come of the meeting.
  • 10. Client Responsibilities: To create a culture where each team member is responsible
  • for client assigned to them and takes assertive and accurate action to maintain and
  • enhance client relationships.


Requirements

  • Degree in related field: Business Administration Management Law Finance or others.
  • 5 years of experience in Corporate Administratio 3 years of experience in senior position
