Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
B.Eng BSc or BTech in Mechanical EngineeringECSA professional registration (PrEng/PrTech)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hospitals clinics commercial buildings offices workshops and stores
Experience with largescale projects covering various mechanical systems
Expertise in construction administration and management
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Project Management:- Lead and execute mechanical building services designs for diverse projects
- Ensure compliance with National Building Regulations OSHA standards and health facility requirements
- Work on HVAC & R Vertical Transportation Fire Protection Medical Gas and related systems
- Manage project staff finances and resources effectively
- Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and understand their needs
- Market and network to secure repeat business
- Oversee project budgeting proposals and reporting
- Prepare project documents for successful and timely completion
- Apply scientific methods to solve engineering problems
Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical report writing & communication skillsKnowledge of construction contracts (GCC FIDIC NEC PROCSA)
Critical thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects independently
Proficiency in (beneficial)
