Job Description
The State College Area School District is currently accepting applications for an anticipated .5 contracted English Teacher at the State College Area High School.
The ability to establish relationships with students and collaborate with colleagues is critical to success in this position. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to diversity and recognize that equity and inclusivity are foundational to ensuringevery student has opportunities to grow thrive and fulfill their potential through caring responsive education.
The District seeks dynamic energetic educators who are studentfocused and have knowledge of both theory and practice specific to the education of English learners.Organizational and collaborative skills are critical to success in this position. The District is searching for candidates who demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and developmentand also possess a variety of professional experiences.
