Could you be the fulltime L3 Engineer in Bangalore were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your advanced Exchange and Microsoft 365 expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside innovative diligent and supportive teammates.
Youll be pivotal in managing configuring and troubleshooting hybrid environments that bridge onpremises Exchange servers with Exchange Online. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (UCC & AD L3 team IT Security RPA & Automation) design and maintain hybrid Exchange environments and much more.
Youll specifically take care of leading mailbox migrations and version upgrades but also implementing and managing security best practices.
Well look to you for:
Designing and maintaining optimal hybrid Exchange environments
Leading mailbox migrations and system upgrades
Ensuring security and compliance in the email communication infrastructure
Proactive monitoring and optimization of system performance
Advanced troubleshooting and support for Exchangerelated issues
Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration

Degree in B.E BTech or equivalent
Experience of 12 years in supporting Office 365 Exchange Online and Exchange onpremise
Knowledge of email security compliance and PowerShell scripting
Familiarity with broader Office 365 services like SharePoint Teams OneDrive and Intune
Understanding of Active Directory Azure Active Directory and networking principles
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to Bangalore if necessary
