Major Task & Responsibilities
Ensure integrated planning and teamwork by internal/external partners or customers to support the successful completion of assigned projects.
Provide project leadership and coordination including but not limited to project planning with internal departments functions and customers through meetings and shared reporting and communications.
Develop vital project plans cost estimates budgets work breakdowns schedules and project summary descriptions and justifications for department review.
Prepare and provide written summaries reports and project recommendations (routine and timecritical inquiries).
Manage and coordinate all aspects of projects including budget schedule operational needs procedures organization standards sustainability design QA/QC requirements and individual roles and responsibilities.
