Functional Medicine Physician:
Hours/call: Clinic Hours 7:30 am 5:30 pm / Scheduled rotating Saturdays 9:00 am 1:00 pm
Main types of procedures or patients seen: Wellness Exams/Pap Smears Follow Ups Pellet insertion for HRT
Average # of patients seen per day:1719
Team size (e.g. 3 FMs and 3 NPs): 2 MD 7 NPs
This is a cashed based practice.
