What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services via phone or email.
Review requests make informed decisions and process accordingly.
Demonstrate problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze information.
Contribute to continuous improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
We are a great fit for you if you:
Are fluent in Dutch (written and oral) and have a good level of English.
Possess excellent writing communication and interpersonal skills with a natural empathy and team spirit.
Enjoy identifying customer needs and offering prompt solutions.
Are proactive resultsoriented selfmotivated and a collaborative team player.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
