About the role
We seek a Product Owner to lead both our Integration Platform (IDA) and Archive & Document Platform ensuring they effectively support business operations and digital transformation.
The Integration Platform (IDA) is responsible for API Management on Azure Hub and Spoke architecture and system integration enabling seamless data flows and connectivity across the enterprise. The Archive & Document Platform ensures secure document management compliance playing a critical role in regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
This role requires close collaboration with IT security business teams and external vendors to develop scalable and secure solutions that support the companys digital transformation.
Your responsibilities
Manage the Integration Platform (IDA) to ensure API lifecycle management security and performance including Azure Blob Storage.
Lead the Document Platform ensuring compliance security and efficient document management.
Define and Prioritize Backlogs for integration and document management solutions.
Optimize HubandSpoke Architecture for seamless system integration.
Ensure API Connectivity across enterprise systems and external services.
Collaborate Across Teams to align integration strategies and document lifecycle management.
Develop the Application Factory leading testing strategies and AIdriven innovations (e.g. data ingestion).
Enhance Automation & Monitoring for integration and document processes.
Stay Current on Emerging Technologies in API management document processing and AI automation.
Your profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
5 years as a Product Owner in an agile environment (SAFe Scrum Kanban).
Expertise in integration and document management including API Management (Azure preferred) HubandSpoke architecture and Azure Blob Storage.
Strong understanding of document lifecycle management compliance and security.
Experience in integration security vendor management and technology roadmaps.
Solid .NET development knowledge as platforms are built using this technology.
Proven ability to apply AIdriven solutions for integration and document management.
Handson experience in test automation quality assurance and continuous integration.
Analytical and problemsolving mindset with a datadriven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with automation monitoring and logging for integration platforms.
Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
