As Channel Operations and Strategy Director you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our global channel vision and strategy and the operationalization of key initiatives that elevate our channel programs. Youll craft and execute innovative strategies that ensure were maximizing the potential of our channel partnerships and your work will directly impact the efficiency effectiveness and success of our channel business.
You have a proven track record in designing and managing highimpact channel programs and you will lead the development of channel data analytics and operational processes. Youll elevate crossfunctional collaboration and drive improvements that increase sales productivity and the overall health of our channel business.
This is a remote opportunity within the US and Canada.
What were looking for:
- 810 years of experience in operations program management or strategy ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong experience in designing and managing channel programs with a focus on driving results and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to develop and implement data analytics models to measure and improve channel performance.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt channel operations to meet evolving business needs.
- Experience working crossfunctionally with sales marketing finance and product teams.
- Leadership experience in managing and developing teams with a focus on enabling team success.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Expertise in automation and building infrastructure to optimize daytoday channel operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence crossfunctional teams.
What you can expect:
- Lead the design implementation and continuous improvement of channel programs in collaboration with crossfunctional teams including sales product finance and marketing.
- Develop and manage channel data analytics insights and operational processes ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and evolve methodologies for channel knowledge management forecasting reporting pricing promotions and communications.
- Take overall accountability for analytical models reflecting the health of 1Passwords channel business.
- Champion automation initiatives to streamline channel operations and boost sales productivity.
- Lead the channel business planning process and ensure its alignment with broader company goals.
- Oversee the of all channel initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams (sales ops finance supply chain product management marketing) to ensure effective representation of channel initiatives in the overall gotomarket strategy.
- Manage the program and project management processes for operational marketing and channel sales productivity initiatives.
- Coach and mentor team members enabling them to execute on key initiatives with efficiency and expertise.
- Collaborate with the product management team to develop and execute gotomarket strategies for channel partners.
USAbased roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $179000 USD and $242000 USD plus immediate participation in 1Passwords benefits program (health dental 401k and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.
Canadabased roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $168000 CAD and $228000 CAD plus immediate participation in 1Passwords generous benefits program (health dental RRSP and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

While we are a remotefirst company occasional travel for inperson engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to biannual departmentwide offsites quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across EMEA Canada and/or the USA. In leadership roles you can expect to travel once per month on average.
