Summary
The Assistant to the President is under minimal supervision provides administrative support to the President of the Hospital and the Board of Trustees. Responsibility for coordination of
executive office coverage and executive assistants schedules. Work requires collaboration with both internal and external contacts in order to resolve problems and improve efficiency within
the administrative area. Significant responsibility to ensure that satisfaction and service with internal and external contacts is maintained. Communication with external contacts is required
to provide or gather information handling routine transactions and providing information.
Education/Experience
1. Bachelors degree preferred.
2. Minimum of ten 10 years progressive administrative assistant experience required preferably in a Health Care environment
Salary Range: Minimum$28.47/hour Maximum$47.00/hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
