Job Description

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and manage incoming contacts within HubSpot.

  • Perform data entry tasks ensuring CRM records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Maintain and optimise workflows ensuring seamless contact distribution.

  • Liaise with external contractors to coordinate work completion and follow-ups.

  • Review and verify apartment details and deal entries in HubSpot.

  • Ensure reports are generated accurately and follow up on tasks accordingly.

  • Assist in the execution of MailChimp campaigns and integrate them with HubSpot.

  • Optional future tasks (with internal upskilling provided):

    • Basic Canva design creation.

    • Spreadsheet maintenance and data organization.



Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools and processes.

  • Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns (e.g. MailChimp).

  • Real estate industry experience preferred.

  • Strong written communication skills particularly via email.

  • Previous experience working with Australian businesses is highly desirable.
