A great healthcare facility located near Roswell NM is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team!
Pay: $26.00 - $39.00 / hourly $5000 sign on bonus
Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity:
Full-time permanent position
Schedule: M-F day shift
Setting: Outpatient
Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:
Physical Therapist Assistant assists physical therapists in implementing treatment plans by helping patients perform exercises therapeutic activities and modalities to improve mobility strength and function.
Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics to prevent injury reduce pain and promote long-term recovery outside the clinic setting.
Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:
Required: Graduate from an accredited PTA program
Required: BLS certification before employment begins
Required: Current state licensure
Greater than one year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
