Job Overview


We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Lobotus Technology Pvt Ltd. As a Lead Generation Executive you will be responsible for generating potential leads and expanding our customer base. This is a fulltime position based in Bengaluru Karnataka India with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. If you have a passion for lead generation and a drive to contribute to the growth of the company we would love to hear from you.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in lead generation or a related role.
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Experience in cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a relevant field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential leads through market research online platforms and other reliable sources.
  • Contact potential clients to generate interest and qualify them as leads.
  • Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to engage with prospects.
  • Create and present persuasive sales pitches to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of lead interactions and status.
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in conferences trade shows and networking events to expand the companys reach.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve lead generation strategies and processes.
