Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Inventory & Cost Accounting (Record to Report)
Provide required support to business teams / accounting teams / legal entity and regional controllers as and when required.

Responsibilities
Ensure timely and qualitative performance of below deliverables:
Plant closing posting of manual journal entries related to utilities inventory slow moving inventory provision and other production accruals maintenance of allocation cycles inventory reconciliations between SAP FI and MM modules preparation of inventory report and other adhoc activities Inventory listings Inventory GL reconciliations in Blackline tool Statistical Key Figures update for allocation cycles inventory movement type analysis material extension costing maintaining record of annual physical count and quarterly and yearend activities.
Review accounts reconciliations in blackline tool if required.
Should act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide necessary support and guidance to the team.
Provide required support to business teams / accounting teams / legal entity and regional controllers as and when required.
Support M&A projects SAP migration projects and finance transformation projects if required.
Should act as a SPOC and guide the team members for daytoday activities.
Drive process improvement and standardization projects in the team.
Coordinate with the team members and auditors as a SPOC and provide required support to close internal and external audits on time.
Provide support in timely preparation of Metrics Dashboards KPIs for reporting to Management.
Drive Process improvements and keep SOP documentation up to date.
Ensure adherence to all applicable Internal Controls (SOX & nonSOX).
Provide bestofthebest service to the organization and ensure customer delight.
Work as a team and provide support to the team members.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Fully qualified CMA with minimum years of relevant experience in Inventory Accounting or Cost Accounting (R2R)
OR
MBA (Finance) with minimum years of relevant experience in Inventory Accounting or Cost Accounting (R2R)
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Tools MS Excel Word and PowerPoint is a must.
Exposure to SAP ERP (FICO) as an enduser is a must.
Flexible to work in regional shifts during monthend closing 3 days during the month).
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.
Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
Well organized and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams spread over different countries centers and time zones.
Must possess strong and effective written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
Ability to succeed in a team environment.
Regular 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Monthend closing (first 3 working days of a month) As per requirements.
o Asia Pacific (APAC) 5:00 AM to 2 PM
o Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) 12:00 PM to 9 PM
o North America (NA) 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
o Latin America (LATAM) 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in the following areas would be preferred:
o Manufacturing Accounting
o Inventory Accounting
o Product Costing
Exposure to SAP ERP (COPCA) as an enduser preferred.
Exposure to Blackline tool preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification is considered a plus.
