Job Description
Responsibilities
- Digital sales order entry
- Coordinates creative and traffic for digital advertising campaigns
- Prepares campaign forms and reports
- Assists with station contesting sweepstakes promotions and special projects
- Assists general sales manager with duties as assigned
- Assists sales team with linear reporting order entry and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Business Marketing Advertising or Communications preferred
- 12 years working in a digital marketing support role
- Foundational knowledge of local digital marketing tactics such as SEM OTT Display Digital Video and Social Media Marketing.
- Resourceful selfmotivated and a skillful multitasker
- Effective communication and client presentation skills
- Excellent followup strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of working effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in MS Products including Excel PowerPoint Forms and Canva. Experience with media industry order and traffic systems (Wide Orbit) a plus.
