The Human Resources (HR) Representative partners with the Human Resource Manager to develop employee capabilities and improve performance of business operations within the Finance IT Legal and other Corporate Functions. This will include the facilitation and implementation of key HR strategies and client specific initiatives to recruit retain and develop the workforce located throughout the US. In addition HR Representative will help develop and implement process improvements in the HR departments service and support to teams assist with day to day operations and perform various administrative duties. The incumbent will showcase his/her communication employee relations expertise and organizational skills to ensure our internal clients are provided assistance support and customer service in line with the Business strategies and Companys missions and values..
What Youll Do:
Participates in various companywide workforce and Human Resources initiatives addressing areas of employee development and training programs. 20
Assumes responsibility for the administration of employee retention and recognition programs. 20
Assumes responsibility for effectively recording maintaining and reporting employee data and human resources information. 20
Assumes responsibility for HR related duties as required or assigned. 20

As of the date of this posting a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $67000K to $85000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience skills geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies forbenefitsand you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
