The base pay scale for this position is $95500.00 $145750.00. In addition this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to: scope of role level of experience education accomplishments internal equity budget and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing
POSITION & UNIT ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Able to optimize and improve existing processes systems and platforms of substantial technical complexity.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for specific technologies and processes.
- Leads troubleshooting efforts during systems outages.
- Provides nextlevel support to internal systems analysts and engineers
- Contributes his/her technical expertise during assessments designs and implementations of global infrastructure systems and services.
- Participates in planning sessions to capture future system architecture design.
- Works crossfunctionally to create and document requirements and develops and delivers solutions.
- Provides system and public cloud expertise across the organization for addressing operational issues as well as supporting engineering activities.
- Defines and recommends requirements for the hardware and the relevant software upgrades and updates.
- Identifies deficiencies in current system designs and recommends solutions.
- Identifies systems performance limitations and recommends and implements improvements.
- Collaborates with other Business Units in assessing evaluating and implementing relevant technologies applications and capabilities as per agreedupon business requirements.
- Creates updates and maintains visual diagrams and technical documents capturing current and future system state.
- Extensive skills with Windows networking Active Directory and Windows Security
- Strong knowledge of Vmware virtualization platform
- Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP Routing Firewalls Network Security)
- Experience in enterpriselevel software package integration and deployment
- Detailed understanding of information systems in the healthcare operations domain desired
- Intermediate knowledge of server health reporting and monitoring
- Ability to evaluate systems capacity utilization trends and plan future needs accordingly
- Active participation in on call rotation and occasional work outside normal business hours
- Must be a team player and be willing to participate in occasional off hours activities to accomplish departmental goals
- Capable of evaluating developing and implementing hardware and software solutions to ensure data and system integrity
- Ability to review and deploy service packs hot fixes system updates and vendorsupplied patches
- Ability to provide system and public cloud expertise across the organization to address operational issues as well as building new capabilities.
- Ability to create modify and maintain existing standard operating procedures policies and other relevant documents.
- Defines and recommends requirements for the hardware and the relevant software upgrades and updates.

EDUCATION PREFERRED
A Bachelors degree in a relevant field
A bachelors degree in other areas combined with relevant work experience will be considered.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE REQUIRED
MCP and additional certificates in data security networking or specific technologies (VMware Azure AWS Citrix Networking MS Exchange etc.. will be considered.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE PREFERRED
MSCE is preferred. MCP and additional certificates in data security networking or specific technologies (VMware Azure AWS Citrix Networking MS Exchange etc.. will be considered.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Intermediate knowledge of physical and virtual systems Microsoft Windows Server OS Active Directory Exchange VMware Citrix (entire technology suite) NetScaler Microsoft Azure Amazon AWS and any twofactor authentication tools and applications. Intermediate knowledge of PowerShell or Python. Intermediate knowledge of networking protocols systems and application security. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite as well as MS Visio and Project tools. Knowledge of modern storage systems (SAN NAS) onprem and/or cloudbased. Knowledge of modern backup and recovery software and tools.
