WLG is a technical recruitment agency that is looking for an IT Recruiter to join the cross-functional team to help in hiring for the best Tech international companies in the EU the USA and Scandinavia regions. Were expanding our team and looking for a motivated IT Recruiter who is passionate about sourcing top-tier candidates delivering a first-class candidate experience and driving successful placements in an international fast-paced environment.
Compensation Structure:
Your salary consists of:
- A fixed monthly base UAH
- A highly competitive bonus for each successful hire
The bonus component is significant it reflects our focus on results and performance rather than hours worked. We reward successful placements and high-quality recruitment work not time spent online.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to interviews offer discussions and closing
- Search for candidates through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn internal databases referrals etc.)
- Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process.
- Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in an agency or consulting environment)
- Proven track record working with a wide variety of IT roles (developers cloud engineers DevOps SAP specialists Salesforce admins etc.)
- Proven experience in direct sourcing especially on the European tech talent market
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing interviewing offer discussions)
- Solid hands-on experience using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques
- Strong organisational multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Ability to be flexible critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized independent and goal-oriented
- Fluent English (C1)
