LPN Home Health PRN
Roanoke/Christiansburg Area
Warm Hearth at Home isseeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) tojoin our Home Health team on a PRN (asneeded) basis. The LPNwill deliver highquality nursing care to patients in their homes workingunder the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with the plan ofcare state licensure guidelines and organizational standards.
Were looking for someone with strong critical thinking skills a hospital or home health background and excellent assessment skills. Someone with strong communication skills the ability to time management and someone that adapts well to change.
