The Customer Service Associate handles all clients inquiries requests and complaints.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attends to clients IRC through email and voice call
- Acknowledges email and accepts voice calls
- Responds to clients IRC through voice or email
- Schedules expected release of response for complicated IRC
- Scheduling clients confirmation of unit turnover schedule and Unit repair schedule
- Coordinates with the Outbound Service desk as to the response for complicated IRC
- Accepts payment from the clients
- Accept documents from clients and coordinate with the project in charge booking requirements changes in account etc.
- Process payments from clients through the front desk
- Meet clients personally walkin and outside the office
- In charge of coordinating with the client on Unreturned DOAS Unreturned CTS Accounts w/o PDCs Updating Contact Details and Title transferring lacking requirement
- Coordinates and Monitors with the Department in charge as to the result of the IRC
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related course
- With at least 12 years of related work experience
- Good Oral and Written Communication
