Logistics: CGS (cgsadmin) one of BlueCross BlueShields South Carolina subsidiary companies.
Location: This position is fulltime 40hours/week) MondayFriday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM5:00PM. It may be necessary given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located at 26 Century Blvd Suite ST610 Nashville TN 37214 or 17 Technology Center Columbia SC 29203.
What Youll Do:
Conducts ongoing internal and external compliance reviews and audits ensuring compliance with applicable contract provisions and government regulations and identifies all necessary improvements.
Provides guidance to management and employees as needed.
May investigate and make recommendations from a compliance standpoint.
Analyzes federal and state regulations and guidance to determine impact to business.
Initiates and monitors Corrective Action Plans necessary to accomplish and sustain compliance.
Generates and submits data and reporting on compliance activities as needed to government and regulatory agencies.
Interacts with regulatory officials as necessary.
Reviews program materials for compliance and quality. This may include member materials marketing documents and training curricula.
May act as liaison with external organizations.
To Qualify For This Position Youll Need The Following:
Required Education: Bachelors
Degree Equivalency: Degree Equivalency not applicable for the Celerian Group Bachelors degree required.
Required Experience: 4 years health insurance compliance or audit investigations or corporatelevel related experience.
Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office
Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical or critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to make sound decisions and work independently. Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of federal state and local laws.
Work Environment: Typical office environment. Some travel may be required.
