People Services Director
Location: Wytheville Virginia
Job Description:
The People Services Director (PSD) is a partner to the executive and leadership team members responsible for defining developing and implementing People Service initiatives. The PSD is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services including employee relations compensation management performance management training and leadership development. This is a handson role where the Director and performs daytoday human resource and department operational tasks.
The PSD reports directly to the hospital CEO. Many People Service functions are centralized and administered which includes recruitment onboarding benefits administration position control performance reviews transactions employee and management selfservice through the Oracle system.
MustHaves
- 5 years of acute care hospital HR experience
- Strong employee relations background
- A leader who wants to work in a 1 person department
- Multitasking skills
