Equifindare representing a Wealth Management firm based in the City of London who are looking to hire an Graduate Revenue Assistant.

The firm has acquired multiple businesses in recent years but have also grown through organic growth of their own making it a very exciting time to join the business.

The company are in to work life balance employee well being and giving people broad experience in a structured way.

The position can start immediately so the right candidate will either be immediately available to start and interview or on a very short notice period. You will be supporting and assisting the team with revenue and credit control from start to finish through and through. No prior experience is required to carry out this role and the opportunity to move internally into another department will be introduced later on down the line which will allow you to gain more exposure to various roles and further develop your understanding of financial advisory as a whole.

The Role:

The key responsibilities for the Graduate Revenue Assistant for the Wealth Management firm based in the City of London will be:

  • Ensuring the collation of all provider statements as per receipts in the bank.
  • Dealing with internal and external queries.
  • Liaise with and provide the outsourcing service with the data they require to complete all postings in the timely manner for deadline purposes.
  • Troubleshooting resolving and chasing external provider statements.
  • Prepare monthend revenue reports.
  • Liaise with Client Support team to resolve income queries.
  • Raising of sales invoices.
  • Maintenance of all department shared mailboxes.
  • Ensure all internal processes are completed in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain organised records and documentation of reconciliations discrepancies and resolutions for auditing purposes.
  • Ensuring financial records meet with company standards and timelines.
  • Assisting with audits and checking for discrepancies in data.
  • Supporting the business growth and development through participation in projects and workgroups.
  • Carry out and maintain training and development activities as required by the business and set by line management.
  • Provide the necessary support to the revenue team listing any issues or concerns to the revenue manager.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by line management or Executive Committee.

Application Criteria:

To be considered for the role of Graduate Revenue Assistant working for this Wealth Management business based in the City of London candidates should ideally be:

  • Ideally a graduate with a degree in a subject that represents numeracy business or science.
  • Ideally from a Russell Group/Red Brick University but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastgrowing environment.
  • Strong work ethic and good culture.

Compensation:

The Graduate Revenue Assistant working for this Wealth Management firm based in the City of London will be paid a competitive market based salary
