An unserem Standort in Hamburg suchen wir zum nchstmglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Key Account Manager (m/w/d) zur Untersttzung unseres Teams. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich fr die Fhrung und strategische Entwicklung eines nationalen Kunden dabei gewhrleistest du sowohl die Erreichung von Umsatz und Abverkaufszielen als auch die Optimierung des Kundenertrags.
Aufgabenbereich:
- Verantwortung fr die Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategien pro Kunde in Abstimmung mit der VertriebskanalStrategie
- Planung und Durchfhrung der Jahresgesprche
- Erreichung von budgetierten Verkaufszielen pro Kunde
- Verhandlung von Bedingungen und Konditionen und Umsetzung der Ergebnisse
- Umsetzung der geplanten Aktivitten zur nachhaltigen Kundenbindung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (national und international)
- Sicherstellung der Kundenprofitabilitt
- Fhrung eines Mitarbeiterteams
Voraussetzungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmnnischen / wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 45 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement im Bereich Retail / Lebensmitteleinzelhandel / Drogerie
- Verstndnis fr die Konzepte Strategien und Vorgehensweisen im DrogerieUmfeld
- Crossfunktionale Erfahrung (Marketing / Retail Marketing) wnschenswert
- Analytisches Verstndnis und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Interdisziplinre und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ergebnisorientierung und die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu bernehmen
- Deutsch und Englisch flieend in Wort und Schrift
- Sichere Kenntnisse der gngigen MS Office Programme Nielsen und SAP
