Job Summary
The parttime Bilingual Paraprofessional will play a vital role in supporting the Legal Affairs and CovWorks Departments by assisting with various administrative tasks while engaging directly with youth. This position requires someone who can provide meaningful support by conducting confidential interviews and screenings maintaining organized filing systems and managing documents electronic files and mail. A component of this role will involve translating documents and facilitating communication in Spanish or French to ensure accessibility and understanding for all youth. The paraprofessional will also assist with coordinating appointments following up on documents and managing updates related to hearings and other youthrelated matters. Additional responsibilities include contacting outside agencies working with various computer systems and software as directed by departmental leadership. This position is ideal for an organized compassionate and detailoriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about positively impacting young peoples lives.
