Job Description
ATLANTIS is looking for an experienced Image Processing profile for the design development and tests of a calibration and validation (CalVal) plan of multispectral optical and infrared missions.
The specific tasks will include:
Derivation and flow down of toplevel requirements into specific image processing requirements
Design and development of endtoend quality process of satellite mission including the products and processing scenario definition the calibration pipeline reaching analysis ready data.
Design and development of a validation pipeline with manual and automated quality control tests to verify optical performance radiometric and geolocation accuracy.
Skills and experience
Knowledge of Python and image processing libraries such as Numpy Scipy and ScikitImage
Master or PhD degree in Physics Mathematics Engineering or related to image processing
Experience in with EO data analysis CalVal and data management
Experience in development and maintenance of ground infrastructure and/or software systems
Experience in remote sensing retrieval techniques
Problemsolving approach
Team spirit versatility and creativity
English B2 level
Preferred
Experience using control version repositories (git)
Experience with RadCalNet
Experience with ESA CalVal or EDAP projects
Knowledge of C/C
Knowledge in computer vision or opencv
Spanish B2 level
English negotiation level.
